Teaching Philosophy

As a teacher it is important that I share my knowledge with students. It is very rewarding to see my students grow into future business leaders. I want to inspire my students, support, and mentor them with creating their own future businesses.

As a teacher it is my responsibility to provide students with:

• Knowledge that will help them be successful in achieving their goals
• Opportunities, activities, and feedback that will help them learn
• Help them to become and stay motivated in their studies and applying it to real world scenarios
• A classroom environment that is welcoming and safe
• A place where they have voice equity

Each student is unique and needs an enthusiastic classroom environment where they are able to grow academically, socially, and mentally. Students will feel safe to share their own ideas, take risks, and reach their potential. I believe in hands on business experiences and collaborating within business groups to expose students to real life experiences. I will ensure that I provide curriculum that supports different learning styles and incorporate students’ interests to enhance their learning experience.
